Booking and Cancellation Policy
How deposits, payments, changes and cancellations work, and your rights under the Package Travel Regulations.

Deposits and payments
To confirm a booking we ask for a deposit, shown in your written offer. Airline tickets may need to be paid in full when issued. The balance is due by the date in your offer, usually several weeks before departure. We accept debit cards, credit cards and bank transfer, and issue a receipt for every payment.
Changes you ask for
We will always try to help with changes to dates, names or hotels. Airlines and hotels may charge fees, and fare differences may apply. We will tell you the cost before making any change. Under the Package Travel Regulations you can transfer your package to another person who meets all the conditions, if you give us reasonable notice before departure. Transfer costs will be passed on.
If you cancel
You can cancel at any time before departure. Cancellation charges reflect the costs we cannot recover from airlines and hotels, and are set out in your written offer before you pay. Visa and insurance fees are usually non-refundable once submitted.
You can cancel without paying a cancellation charge if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at your destination significantly affect your package, for example where the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advises against all travel.
If your visa is refused
Visa decisions are made by the Saudi authorities. If a visa is refused, our cancellation terms apply. We will refund everything that suppliers return to us, minus any non-refundable fees already paid on your behalf, as shown in your offer.
If we change or cancel your trip
If we need to make a significant change, we will tell you as soon as possible. You can accept the change, choose an alternative, or cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, unless you accept an alternative.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for reasons such as illness. It is the best protection against unexpected costs.
